SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are processed and packaged between 1-7 business days from the order date depending on the item. Most of our items are made to order.

If purchased on their own, stickers are sent via letter mail - meaning they are untracked. Apparel, and accessories will be shipped by Canada Post.

Please remember that we are in the middle of a global pandemic, and shipping times are beyond our control. Please add a few extra business days for possible shipping delays when placing your order. We are not responsible for any damages or losses once a package has left our possession. 

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are located in Montreal, local pickup is available free of charge! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. 

You are responsible to pick up your order. If you cannot pick up your order for any reason, please contact us & we will arrange another pick up day for you. If you selected local pick up, but now need it shipped, please contact us to charge you the shipping fees. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

If there are issues with your order, please contact us so we can see if your circumstance qualifies for a refund or an exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping fees to return and/or exchange your products. Liquidation items and custom pieces are final sale.
